Doin' the Do

Wed night Crossroads, the Eric Clapton tribute band that I play bass in, did a gig at Daytona Beach and had a great time. It was cold enough to see our breath. Kudos to the bikers who were hard core enough to be there. We had an intimate but appreciative crowd. Minnie but mighty. The agent who works for us believes that he can set up a travel itinerary so we can do the road. We'll find out.

Hopefully this and a few other things going on will allow me to outfit Avalon and get her ready to sail. I need a mainsail, the outboard repaired and solar panels. The goal is to get all of this done while I am still at the marina. Best to learn all the hard lessons while in a protected area. I'm getting too old to play Rambo.
